Dr. Fathi Salameh is a distinguished Assistant Professor of Health and Hospital Management with extensive academic and professional expertise spanning the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Palestine. He earned his Ph.D. in Hospital Management from the University of Wales, an MA in Hospital Management from the University of Leeds, and a BA in Management from An-Najah National University. Additionally, he holds a Teacher Certificate in Adult Education from Park Lane College in the UK, and Training of Trainers from Alison Training Center in the UAE

Combining academic rigor with practical leadership, Dr. Salameh has held key administrative roles in higher education and healthcare institutions, including serving as Managing Director of a hospital. His contributions encompass accreditation processes, curriculum design, and academic leadership at institutions such as Al-Ghad International Colleges (KSA), Al Falah University (UAE), Liwa College for Health Sciences (UAE), and MCO Training Institute (UAE). Dr. Salameh continues to contribute to research and academic conferences, with many publications. His recent publication was a paper titled 'Using Social Media Data for Exploring Healthcare Service Quality,' published in the International Journal of Healthcare Information Systems and Informatics. (IJHISI).

His ongoing work ensures that healthcare education remains aligned with industry demands and global best practices.

Dr. Fathi is also a Certified Stress Coach™ (CSC), certified by the American Institute of Stress (AIS). This evidence-based certification reflects his commitment to holistic health and well-being, equipping him to teach, motivate, and support individuals and organizations in managing stress effectively—building resilience and fostering lasting habits that prevent illness and promote a healthier life.
